Itinerary of the package :

Day 1: Arrival at Dhupjhora

Meet & greet on arrival at NJP Raillway Station and proceeds to Lataguri via car. The road runs through the dense forests of Mahananda Wild Life Sanctuary, which is the natural habitat of wild elephant, tiger and deer. You will even see the great view of  River Tista. Check in at the hotel/Resort, free evening. Overnight stay at resort in Lataguri.

Day 2: Excursion to Gorumara & Bindu with Chapramari

Today early morning enjoy exciting elephant ride deep into the grassland of Garumara National Park to view the rhinos & other animals. After a memorable ride back at the resort and after breakfast proceed for a day excursion to Bindu on the Bhutan border & drive to Jaldhaka through the dense forest of Chapramari Sanctuary. Occasionally you will get a chance to see the elephant crossing your way, you will be visit the Hydro Power project on the rushing Jaldhaka River. This is the first Hydro power station built under Jaldhaka project after the Independence. Spend some time on the rocky river bed and watch the colorful birds and butterflies flying around you. Back at the hotel. Overnight stay at Lataguri.


Day 3: Transfer to Zurantee via Gorumara Jeep Safarai

Today morning proceed for Gorumara Jeep Safari & drive through the typical forest trail through the sanctuary and come to a watch tower which set amidst the grassland & offers a vast panoramic view of the forest. There is a salt pit close to the tower where the animals regularly visit to taste salt. Spend some time at the fresh natural surroundings and back to hotel for breakfast and transfer to Zurrantee Heritage Resort, check in at the resort, free evening for you. Overnight stay at Zurrantee.

Day 4 : Sightseeing at Samsing & Suntaleykhola

After breakfast proceed to the estate and factory, followed by day excursion to Samsing – a cool shady place in the lower Kalimpong hills known for its serenity and natural landscape.  we will be taking you to Jaldhaka River Valley with Bhutan hills on the other side. As we drive further we enter into the natural forests of Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary after appx.4hrs drive we reach Suntaleykhola surrounded by high forested hills with a small stream running through it, spend some times and back at the resort. Overnight stay at Zurrantee.


Day 5 : Transfer to Jaldapara & sightseeing

Today after breakfast drive to Jaldapara, on the way you will be visiting Khayerbari Tiger Rescue and rehabilitation Center. We drive through the teak plantation of Khayerbari forest and reach the center by the side of a small river. The main attraction of this place is the leopard and tigers kept in a huge cage where you can go for a ride in a battery run small car to see the animals closely.  We now take you to Kunjanagar a nicely managed eco park on the border of Jaldapara forest. You can enjoy the view of the forest from the watch tower, after that we move to Jaldapara, check in at the Lodge, free evening for you. Overnight stay at Jaldapara.

Day 6 : Wild Life Safari at Jaldapara

Today early morning enjoy the exciting elephant ride deep into the grassland of Jaldapara. Watching the rhinos and other animals from the elephant is an unforgettable experience. After a memorable ride we return to the Rest house and After breakfast we check out from the lodge and drive to NJP Railway Station as per your train schedule. Tour ends with sweet memories.
